SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Ellie Labs LLC operates transactional text messaging (SMS/MMS) programs through its products, including PawReserve. PawReserve sends appointment and booking notifications on behalf of the pet-care businesses that use the platform. These terms apply to the customers who provide a mobile number to an Ellie Labs–powered business.

• How consent is obtained: When you create an account or book a service at an Ellie Labs–powered business, you may provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive transactional text messages from that business at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are only enrolled if you actively opt in.
• Message types: Messages are transactional only — for example, account or signup approval, booking approval and confirmations, and payment receipts. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — typically only when your account is approved, a booking is confirmed, or a payment receipt is issued.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that program.

• Privacy: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
